Each piece of piece comes with our warranty certificate, which specifies all the characteristics of the jewellery and the stones.

Order Processing

All orders require a processing period before they are shipped. Processing times vary based on product availability:

• In-Stock Items: Orders containing items in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and local holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may vary.
• On-Demand Items: For custom-made items, please allow 3-4 weeks from the order date for crafting and shipping. As these items are specially produced for you, we cannot expedite this process.

Shipping and Delivery

We partner with UPS, DHL, and DPD to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with order details and a tracking number to track its journey. Delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location.

• Diamonds deserve their own space. Store your jewelry separately - in a soft case or a branded DARIANI Jewelry box. This will protect them from scratches and preserve their aesthetics.
• Choose a dry, cozy place, away from moisture and sunlight, as brilliance doesn’t favor extremes.

How to Care for Jewelry?

• Diamond jewelry is meant for special moments, not for household chores or physical activities. Take it off when working out, relaxing in a sauna, or handling chemical products.
• Avoid touching the stones— even the finest diamond doesn’t appreciate skin oils.
• For cleaning, use warm water, a drop of liquid soap, and a soft brush. Gentle movements will restore your jewelry’s shine.
• Visit a jeweler from time to time to check the stone settings—this care will extend the life of your jewelry.
